Why OLWEN? What makes you different from any other sunglasses company?
OLWEN specializes in oversized XXL sunglasses that fit larger heads. As we are not part of the monopoly, we offer quality sunglasses at a much more affordable price than high-end brands.
Are OLWEN lenses polarized?
We offer both polarized and non-polarized sunglasses. If sunglasses are polarized, this is indicated in the product title.
Do you sell prescription sunglasses?
No, at least for now.
Can I insert prescription lenses into your sunglasses frame?
Our frames are not suitable for prescription lens insertion.
Size and Fit
What size are your frames?
To make shopping easy for you, we indicate precise dimensions on each product's page.
What if the sunglasses don't fit me?
We understand the challenges of buying sunglasses online, and even though we try and make the process as simple and informative as possible we know you may be fearful of buying our sunglasses without trying them on first.
But please don't worry, we offer a 30 days return policy if they don't fit.
Shipping and delivery
How long should I expect to wait to receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Priority shipping (1-3 business days) is also available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the US and Canada.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
The shipping fee is $4.95 for Standard and $9.95 for Priority. However, the shipping is absolutely FREE on all orders over $50.
Discounts
Does quantity discount (BUY MORE SAVE MORE) apply only when I buy the same style of sunglasses?
No. You receive quantity discount on any combination of models or styles available in the store. Quantity discount is applied automatically when you add more than one item into your cart.
Can I use a coupon code on top of the automatic quantity discount?
Yes, simply enter your coupon code in the cart and click APPLY.
Returns
Do I have to pay for returning my items or you cover that?
We’ve made returning easy! We provide free return labels so that you do not have to worry about paying return fees. To receive a free return label, simply contact us at support@olwensunglasses.com.
When can I return my items?
We accept returns and refund on items that are in original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
