Sizing & fit
Who are Olwen glasses made for?
Olwen makes XL and XXL eyewear for larger heads and wider faces. Wide frames, flexible arms and spring hinges help reduce pressure at the temples.
Should I choose XL or XXL?
Choose XL if regular frames feel slightly too small. Choose XXL if you need substantially more width. Compare the product measurements with a comfortable pair you already own.
How should I measure my glasses?
Measure a comfortable pair from hinge to hinge across the front. Compare its frame width, lens width and temple length with the diagram on the product page.
Products & lenses
Are Olwen sunglasses polarized and UV400?
Yes. Current sunglass models have polarized, impact-resistant polycarbonate lenses with UV400 protection, blocking 99–100% of UVA and UVB light.
Are blue-light glasses suitable for outdoor use?
No. Olwen Anti-Blue Light Computer Glasses are designed for indoor screen use and are not UV400 sunglasses.
Is a protective case included?
Yes. A protective hard case is included with every pair.
Prescription lenses
Can I order prescription lenses?
Eligible product pages show a prescription-lens option. Custom orders normally take 10–15 business days and are final sale.

Where do you ship?
Olwen ships worldwide with tracking and insurance. International rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
How long does US delivery take?
Most non-prescription US orders arrive in 3–5 business days. Standard shipping is $4.95, Priority is $10.95, and orders over $75 ship free.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. For order-specific help, email support@olwensunglasses.com with your order number.
Returns & refunds
What is your return and exchange policy?
Non-prescription items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Submit your request through the returns portal. Return labels are free for US orders; non-US customers pay return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 days after the return is received and inspected. Your bank may need additional processing time.
Discounts & warranty
Do you offer a discount?
Code HH56 gives 10% off. Eligible multi-pair discounts are applied automatically in the cart. Checkout confirms the final price and offer eligibility.
Is accidental damage covered?
An optional lifetime accidental-damage warranty is available in the cart. To make a claim, email support with your order number and a short description of the damage.

We offer sunglasses for those people who struggle finding shades that would fit their large head, without sacrificing style. Our sunglasses are wide, big and tall, and specifically designed to fit large heads. All of our sunglasses feature spring hinges for extra comfort.
FLEXIBLE ARMS EXTEND OUTWARD TO FIT LARGER HEADS
With the upgraded flexible arms and spring-adjustable hinges, the sunglasses sit comfortably, regardless of your head size, and don't put unnecessary pressure on your temples.
The spring hinges afford the arms a greater range of movement and do not limit them to the traditional 90-degree angle. They have a strong but smooth mechanism, which makes them snap open or close firmly but with a soft feel.
Due to their snug fit, spring hinge frames are more likely to stay on while running or jogging.
This also ensures that you will worry less about breaking your sunglasses.

FREE HARD CASE INCLUDED
The sunglasses conveniently come with an exceptionally hard case, so you will not break your sunglasses even if you accidentally sit on the case. In addition, differently from many other cases, our case is wide, long, and high enough to accommodate any size of sunglasses.

Polarization will cut down on reflected glare from water, snow, ice, sand, car windows, and even pavement. This will be especially useful for you if you will use sunglasses for sports, driving, or fishing.

Delivery is FREE for US orders over $75.
Delivery within the US usually takes 3-5 business days. Custom prescription orders take 10-15 business days. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout (US orders only).

We’ve made returning easy! Not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase? We are happy to accept returns and refund on items that are in original condition, within 30 days of receiving your order.
We provide free return labels for US orders so that you do not have to worry about paying return fees.
